Course Terms and Conditions

Payment

The full course fee is payable within 7 days of receiving your invoice, unless otherwise agreed.

Refunds

If you are unable to attend the course for any reason we will do our best to refund you:

A full refund will be given if you cancel up to four weeks ahead of the course start date.

After that, if the course sells out we will attempt to resell your place, in which case you will receive the whole course fee back. Otherwise we will refund you half of the course fee.

If we cannot run the course for any reason you will receive a full refund and priority booking on a future course.

Regrettably, we cannot refund any other costs you may have incurred in booking the course or having to cancel, including travel and accommodation. We recommend ensuring that you are aware of any third party cancellation terms before you book.

Tools and Machinery

You will be instructed on the safe use of all tools and machinery required to do the course.

You will be asked to sign a waiver stating that you are happy with the instruction provided for all tools and machinery and that they are used at your own risk.

Respiratory Safety Mask

Some of the materials you will work with can generate harmful dust or fumes. You are required to bring your own respiratory mask. If you do not have a mask please purchase a half face mask respirator suitable for filtering dust particles and vapours. (A good respirator is an essential piece of kit which ensures you can use materials safely and is well worth investing in.)

Details can be found here.
